I have just returned from a four night stay at Ballycannon Lodge. What a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was first class. The Owners and Staff were very helpful, friendly and caring. Breakfast was so good it set me up for the day. I am so delighted I found this Lodge as I have many business trips to Adare... More

Really enjoyed my stay at Ballycannon Lodge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was unusual as you had to walk a few metres across to the garden centre but it added to the charm of the place. Breakfast was lovely, full Irish and very tasty. Would definitely recommend staying at... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We found the room to be quite tidy, though it was odd to me that the bed had no top sheet. All we had to do was all and it was given to us straight away. The only suggestion I have is that the shower rods be moved out several inches... More

Getting in to the parking lot here is a challenge which the NRA have done their best to make nigh on impossible coming from the Limerick direction ! That asides the place is spotless and very welcoming from the hosts with good local tips (like eat at the Dunraven Hotel in nearby Adare). The rooms are large if a bit... More

My family stayed in 5 rooms here in July for a family wedding. The place was exactly what we wanted and more. The rooms were clean and very spacious. And the beds SO comfortable! The owners very accommodating, and the fridge is frequently stocked with bottled water and milk. There is a lovely garden centre next door who do a... More

We spent a night here on the way from Dublin to Kerry. It is a fabulous location, very comfortable accommodation, superb value and lovely people. The breakfast in their restaurant next door was delicious. I would definitely recommend to others.

I stayed at Ballycannon one night while on business and plan to make this a regular experience. Everything about Ballycannon is relaxing and welcoming. There is genuine attention to detail, everything is fresh, clean and hospitable. Great rooms with full bathrooms, tub and shower. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of choice. It would also be a wonderful place... More

We spent 6 nights here as we thought it would be a good base to explore from. We were not disappointed in this respect as we visited Dingle, the Burren, cliffs of Moher, Tralee etc from here and all were within easy driving distance and it was good to have a base to return to rather than constantly moving. Our... More

We arrrived very late 1.30am and they owner was kind enough to wait up for us to let us in. The room was very large and spacious and the beds were like clouds. There was a lovely living area with books and magazines and we had free wifi. We had our breakfast in the cafe next door where we met... More
