Just spent 2 nights here with a friend when attending wedding celebrations down the road in Mount Juliet. Couldn't rate this stay highly enough - receiving the warmest of welcomes, having great comfort in our rooms and delicious breakfasts served to us. Thank you Mary! This was the first place we stayed in our whirlwind tour around Ireland and it was a perfect introduction to the B&B way of life. The hotel is set in the country with a nice little patio area to look out on the farm animals and scenery. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was big and delicious. Our hosts... More

I can not recommend this place more. The rooms are big and extremely clean (I am very picky and usually find something in a room that I'm not happy with) BUT this whole house was clean. The wifi worked so fast- not that you should need it because the area is so gorgeous. We loved seating outside reading or playing... More

Really enjoyed our one night stay at the Oldtown Farmhouse. Was a bit out of the way but worth the quiet. The owner gave us lots of tips on what to go and see - breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again as long as we had a car. Was about a 15 minute drive into the nearby town.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in, excellent views of countryside from large bedroom, lovely hostess, beautiful house, delicious breakfast, felt like we were home! Includes tour of large propagation hothouses and their own Ringfort, what more could you ask for :)

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights last month, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of B&Bs. Mary was a terrific hostess. Very accommodating, and you need to try her brown bread. It's delicious, and she very willingly shared the recipe with my wife, who has it in the over right now. The room was very... More

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Oldtown farmhouse. Our bedroom was very large & beautifully decorated, quality pillows & linen. The ensuite perfectly fitted out, large fluffy white towels. Mary (& husband) gracious hosts ,we were thrilled when Mary ( torch in hand ) took us to visit the pre historic Ring Fort, a most magical place... More

Mary keeps a really spotless house and provides everything a B&B Guest could need. Plenty of towels, toiletries, hair dryer, Wi-Fi if you required it - we were not staying long enough. We had a choice of rooms, and she apologised for the fact that she had changed the duvets to the winter-weight ones thinking the weather was going to... More

Stayed here for 2 days for a wedding at the nearby Mount Juliet. The B&B is fantastic and the owner Mary is lovely...very accommodating. This was probably one of the best B&B we stayed din during our 10-days trip to Ireland. The room and shower were huge and spotlessly clean with nice bathroom amenities that you don't usually see in B&B. Mary, the owner was extremely nice and warm. Mary served an excellent breakfast and accommodated our specific requests. The house is located 15-20... More
