We just got back from our trip to Ireland, and our stay at Rosquil House was one of the best. It is very nicely decorated with a large room. The breakfast was wonderful and Rhoda was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! more

The Rosquil House has large rooms, modern amenities, and is very, very clean. Phil and Rhoda are great and our stay was very enjoyable. The primary tourist street is a 1 Km walk. Not too bad. There is a pub two or three doors down and it was all locals, which was cool. I'd stay there again, without a doubt. more

We spent two days at the Rosquil House in Kilkenny after stumbling upon it completely by chance, and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting that part of Ireland. Phil and Rhoda Nolan are delightful hosts, and our rooms (we were traveling with our two teenage sons) were elegant, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our breakfast was delicious (lots of... more

Kilkenny was our last stop in our trip to Ireland. Before heading to Glendalough and Dublin, we stayed at the lovely town of Kilkenny. Rosquil House is a beautiful B&B. Very modern if you compare it to the others B&B we stayed. The rooms was big and the bathroom also. It has a bathtub which make my best friend extremely... more

This place takes B&B's to a new level.More like a boutique hotel.Imacculate room with everything one could need. The lady that runs the house is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was nicer and more personal than any hotel.Great location short walk to the city centre. more

During our whirlwind tour of Ireland, we stayed at Rosquil House one night. The hosts were so attentive and professional- when we arrived with not much time, Phil called around to get tour times of the nearby castle as well as procured us some awesome local dinner reservations. The room was beautiful and spacious- we felt absolutely pampered. It's an... more

I´ve just come back from a 7 days tour in Ireland and cannot but confirm the good critics about this place. The room was large, clean and very nicelly decorated. The breakfast was very good, with fruit, yoghourts, bakery, etc. and of course Irish breakfast or hash. I would certainly recommend this B&B. Thanks Rhoda! more

We spent 2 nights here on a recent trip to Kilkenny and were really pleased we'd chosen to stay here. We arrived on Good Friday, when nearly all bars/restaurants in Ireland are closed. But the owner had telephoned around a few places to find out where was serving dinner so we wouldn't go hungry on our first night there! The... more

We were in Ireland for a few weeks. We stayed at many nice places compatible to our budget. However, none of them can even hold a candle to Rosquil House. Seriously, if you are traveling to Kilkenny, are looking for a good value, but still want to feel like you are staying in a luxurious place, you must book Rosquil... more

When I booked my trip to Ireland I wasn't sure of much, so I took a chance on booking a majority of my stay in a town called Kilkenny at the Rosquil House. However, from the min I drove up to the house I knew I had made the right choice. I can't beleive how much at home I felt... more
