Just back from a 3 night stay and I have to say that going by some previous reviews I almost cancelled my break. I'm glad I didnt as I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The room was basic but spacious and functional. The bed was really comfortable. After a lovely walk... More

My brother and I stayed here on our way cycling across Ireland. Staff arranged for us to store our bikes in the back of the beer store overnight. Twin room a bit compact, but all mod cons provided. Very filling Irish breakfast in a very interestingly decorated dining room. Hotel well situated within the town centre area.

A booking oversight from another hotel meant I was booked into Kilford Arms for one night. The location is ideal as its at the top of the main street and the free parking is a plus. Mary (may have been the owner) checked me in and was very friendly and helpful. Trying to find my room was a challenge as... More

Arrived to this hotel with my elderly grandmother from Cork for a two night stay. Got to the desk and was told there was no evidence of my booking on the system. I had contacted the hotel 3 weeks previously and my booking was confirmed or so I believed. I had proof of this contact in my phone. The receptionist... More

We got this on a desk and it was very cheap to stay here. The bedroom was dated but clean. We didn't eat here but it looked too expensive to be honest. There are plenty of places to eat just down the road. I would stay again but I would not pay full price.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of numerous pubs/shops & restaurants. Hotel has a private car park but not huge so would arrive as early as possible in the day in order to obtain car space (we arrived at 16.30 and only 3 spaces were left, now saying that, the park is also open to...
