Stayed with 8 girls over the weekend from Friday till Monday in 3 different rooms. I didn't arrive myself until the Saturday. The woman on the desk when I checked in was lovely. She told us a few nightclubs that we should go to and told us about a Chinese restaurant to try. The room was fine big enough for... More

I stayed here one night (14/04/2014). Room was clean and useful for my needs (a place to sleep after a day of sightseeing). Was a little strange getting to the room after 11:00, which is the only real reason I didn't score higher (plus it's not a four seasons). I wasn't looking for a high end hotel, just a clean,... More

We (2 Adults + 2 Kids) stayed in the Kilford Arms recently for 2 nights. It is an excellently located hotel with great friendly staff. The Train Station is 5 minutes away & all the other tourist locations are close by.

Delighted to say that I'm just back from the Kilford Arms and would definitely return. Read all the reviews before going and was dreading it due to what I've read. Just goes to show you shouldn't believe everything you read. The room was a good size, really comfy bed, spotless bathroom, carpet hoovered every day and sheets and towels changed daily.Tea/coffee facilities in... More

My husband and I stayed at the Kilford Arms recently. My initial reaction on seeing the hotel was one of uncertainty, as I thought it would be off the road, on its own grounds, not on a narrow street . but the facade is not an indication of the interior . The man on check in was welcoming, and friendly.... More
