Butler House is a high-class B&B rather than a hotel. It has no bar or restaurant for example. The decor in the rooms is minimalist and clean and comfy. Beware - staying at the Butler House was a terrible disappointment, definately not worth the money spent. We had several issues with this "house", including a concern for basic safety.
