Very dated decor in our bedroom, and bed not so comfortable. Bathroom and shower ultra small, but clean. Found three huge spiders in our room - the least I can say is that I didn't sleep too well after that... Breakfast was excellent, the best we've had in Ireland. I was very surprised about perfect accomodation in Mena House. The room was nice and big, very clean with nice Tudor stile furniture. If you have a look over the window you see a beautiful garden with beautiful trees and flowers. You can have a sit outside and smoke a cigg. (if you smoke) or read books or whatever... It's... more

We had a very nice stay at Mena House. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Room was large with sitting chairs and coffee/tea..best room we had in Ireland! Walk to town is about 15 minutes but is manageable. more

Staying at the Mena B&B was such a great choice! It was exactly what I wanted from a bed and breakfast. I didn't feel like I was trapped in a room and the owners were so nice and so helpful. My friend and I stayed @ 3 B&B's during our trip and this was by far my favorite. more
