Stayed here 11/5 for a girls night out in Kilkenny. It was great value for money for a Saturday night in Kilkenny - very central, friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room. For a value break with basic accommodation it was perfect. Breakfast was good and I will return.

Its was our first stop in Ireland and we loved this house and Teresa. We stayed 2 nights and the room is clean, big and bathroom is clean. Teresa was most helpful with directions to Kilkenny from Glendalough and full of information on place to go for our travels. We can see what you mean about Irish dancing being more... More

This is a building that has rooms with beds and bathrooms. That's pretty much it. They were unable to make breakfast and sent us across the street to a hotel. The same hotel validates parking. The credit card machine does not work--and apparently has not worked since October--so we had to find an ATM to pay, which felt like a... More

Great value for a single person. Not like some other places charging double price. 50 euro per night. Rooms are clean but could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast was hot and served with a smile. Loung area were nice and warm but rooms need updating.

10 of us arrived and were treated with a pleasant smile and everything organised to cater for our needs. We could pay for breakfast by the day which is a fantastic idea as if we were to sick we knew we were not wasting money. Now if you’re looking for frills and romantic stay for two this place isn’t for... More

We loved our visit to kilkenny. Staff are friendly especially Teresa she gave us advice o. Where to eat places to see. No need for tourist office if staying here. She helped us with our directions to kinsale . On the last review i guess breakfast finishes a little early ten am. However we didn't mind as we didn't drink... More

We were here for one night during the Kilkenny Arts Festival and loved it! The staff was nice enough to let us park our car early, although we couldn't get our room yet, which was a huge bonus since the city was packed for the Arts Festival. The off street parking lot is tiny and as it was my first... More

We stayed with friends in two rooms for one night. This really is a hotel B&B where a staff operates it and we never saw the owner. But the staff is very pleasant and accomodating, the rooms are roomy wtih adequate bathrooms, breakfasts are nice but not as attractively presented as in other B&B's. It's clean and parking is behind... More
