Hmmm...I can not say I had a horrible stay but it is not for "older people." The mattresses are not very comfortable and the showers need updating. The staff was very nice. Very hippie! There are some cosy interiors with old furniture and a cosy atmosphere, at least out of season, and I think the hostel deserves a more positive description. The dormitories and its facilities could be renovated and thereby get a cleaner look, though. This hostel is across the street from several pubs, so if you are a light sleeper and don't want to be up at closing time, you may want to spend the extra money on a bed and breakfast. The location is amazing though, right in the city center. more
