I will echo a previous reviewer to ignore the poor review. We were at Breagagh View at the same time as the guests who posted the poor review & definitely heard the noise from these folks. Please be advised that B & B s are typically part of someone's home and the rooms are akin to being in adjacent bedrooms... More

To be honest, we picked this B&B for its convenient location, both to Kilkenny and the lands about (we used it as our base for a few days). However our hosts favored us with great hospitality and very helpful hints. The space in the rooms was quite accommodating and the breakfasts very satisfying. Some of the room amenities could be... Don't read the previous review! We had the same room the next night. It sleeps 4 quite nicely. The owners are so nice and everyone enjoyed them. The bed is the most comfortable nights sleep we could have wished for. Not to mention the absolutely delicious scones we ate at breakfast!

First of all the house is very old looking, the rooms could do with being redecorated. Our room was very small for 3 people and its meant to fit 4. The bathroom was also tiny. The lady that runs the b&b was extremely rude to us. Fair enough we were noisy when we came in after a night out and... More

One of my favourite B&B in Ireland during our week there. The landlords were very kind and welcoming and they even helped us by printing our boarding passes for the way back home. The breakfast was delicious and served on the room with a view on the garden. The bedrooms are big, comfortable and clean and noiseless.

I arrived from Dublin to stay two nights at this bnb during my travels around Ireland. I was greeted by Rosaleen who was just so hospitable and lovely!! For someone who didn't know the city, she showed me where to eat, where I could find Irish music and where I could park for free (all the local insider information that... More

Myself and a few friends decided to come to Kilkenny for a weekend and could not have chosen a better B&B to have stayed in. When we arrived we where greeted by the owner who gave us great information on the City and where was best to go and eat and what to go see. Breakfast was amazing it filled... More

I stayed here with a couple of friends and had a lovely time. It's in a great location (about a ten minute walk to the centre!) and the owners are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Had a amazing full "Irish" for breakfast which kept me going way past lunch. Lovely rooms with super comfy beds! Would definitely recommend a stay... More

We had an absolutely fantastic two nights stay here. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and well looked after - despite arriving a few hours earlier than we were expected. Rosaleen really couldn't have been more helpful and gave us some great recommendations about where to eat in town. I think it only took us 10 minutes... More

We had such a great stay here. Welcomed by Rosaleen, she took great care of us. Our room was far more than I expected; spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of fresh fruits, cereals and a full Irish. Great distance from town as it was far enough away to be quiet but only a ten minute... More
