Stayed in a delux room which was nice and clean but totally overpriced. Ordered breakfast in bed which was the worst we ever experienced anywhere in the world. We stayed here for two nights in a family room which fittted 5 of us (children ages: 10, 8 and 5) very well! The room was very clean and comfortable. Had read the reviews here and had also stayed at this hotel previously for a function so knew what to expect. First strange thing was I rang the hotel to book a one-night stay over the weekend to be told that they only had two-night stays available. I booked the hotel at the last miinute having been called to Kilkenny for work. The lobby and reception area is neat and tidy and the receptionist was quick to check me in.
