Nice spot about 10 minutes from town. Lovely couple, nice clean room and comfortable bed. Main downside was our room was underneath the tv room above and we could hear people walking around and watchin tv till late. The room itself was small and didn't come with its own tv. Nice base to visit Killkenny from though.

My wife and I had a very nice stay at Twin Oaks. Ger and his wife are fine folks, and they made us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was great. The B&B is a ways from Kilkenney, so you will need a car.

Twin Oaks B&B is a very nice place. The owners are truly lovely people. Everything was great and what is more, the price is very goog!

Twin Oaks is a nice B&B, although a little hard to find. Its quite a way out of Kilkenny(10mins) and no road signs make it even harder. Its in a country location which is nice. The room and bathroom were clean, no tv in the room, but there was a little lounge room you could use.
