We are just home from 2 nights here. We had a very pleasant gent check us in, he was full of info and gave us passes for the aqua dome for one day of our trip. He arranged dinner for us also. Shona checked us out today, she was very nice and recommended sights to visit today. The room we... More

We just arrived back from a 2 night stay at this hotel and I feel I have to give our opinion on our stay. Firstly I booked this hotel because I got it at a great price. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly but we had to wait until they checked to see if our room was ready... More

While the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable I wasn't blown away by the hotel. The bar food was awful. Tasteless and cold. But the breakfast was better, pancakes were lovely and freshly made. I didn't get a great night sleep, noises from the main road, people going up and down on the lift, general noise that possibly can't be... More

This hotel is really in need of a refurbishment of their bedrooms. The lobby and foyer are immaculate and give a good first impression. It is such a pity the bedrooms leave it down. Our room was terrible. There was a stain on the carpet and on the wall next to the bedside locker (see picture) There was a sign... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The price was reasonable for hotel which is located 10 minutes walk through a nice park to the Tralee center, We had room 209 - the sink was blocked, the room wasn't the cleanest - I feel I would have done better job in cleaning than the 'professional' staff - carpet in... Stayed with my parents in March for one night. Hotel has recently changed it's name to Fels Point. Lovely place. Very spacious rooms with comfy beds. Had meal in bar which was a little expensive but very enjoyable. Room rates were £46 per room per night which is good value for a really nice hotel

I stayed in Carlton on a recent business trip, staff I found pleasant and welcoming, room on checking the bathroom wash basin cracked completely, smell of uric acid, smashed floor tile, black grouting in bath/shower and very poor flush with toilet. There was a sign do not drink water yet no water provided. The bar is dark, the bar food... More

There is a lot of potential in this hotel, its large, modern and on the outer surface ( lobby's, hallways and rooms) are decorated nicely. However attention to detail is non existent. The reception staff are average, they did there job but there was no friendly welcome or goodbye from them. Our room was a great size, nicely furnished. The... More
