The therapists and treatments were lovely yesterday. I cannot fault the therapists. We all enjoyed our down time at Herbs and Roses but two of us had more downtime than expected! On booking we were not informed that five people could not be accommodated at one time - yet the booking was taken for five people arriving and being treated... More

Okay - reception was nice. Lobby was impressive sure... But the rooms... oh my. Very bright, colourful - a bit overdone in that department. I also found the bed a little hard and the pillows must have been old as they didn't do much supporting at all. But other than that, everything else functional - WiFi, bathroom, etc. Dinner at... Myself and work colleagues eat here every day for our tea break in the morning. Always friendly and welcoming staff. So I did not hesitate when I had to choose a venue for my sons communion day. What a fantastic day thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff in Fels Point. Thanks to Anne, the management and all the... More

Came here for wedding fair and decided to have a bite to eat whilst here. We sat in the bar area for what seemed an age as we weren't sure if we were to order at the bar or if someone would come to us to take our order. I tried to ask one particular member of staff twice but... More

Great hotel to stay in with large rooms. Staff very friendly from front of house to the bar and restaurant. Hotel itself is very clean and is ideally located within walking distance of the town centre. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very nice with very good service. Only thing lacking in this 4 star hotel is... More

Spent the bank holiday weekend at this hotel, the rooms are very clean although one of my pillows had a mark on it from the night before and when I got into bed the dirty pillow was put on the bed and the other pillow put on top of it, the clean staff knocked every morning very early asking did... Stayed here for around €99 with breakfast, parking & wifi. As the hotel was not busy, breakfast was cooked to order which I much prefer. Rooms were modern and greeted by polite staff. You can't drink the tap water but a Lidl supermarket is around the corner with €0.50 for 2 litre. A nice overnight stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very nice. Its about a 15 minute walk from the city center. Parking in the city center just like all of Ireland is tough.

At a wedding the 25th of April, lovely hotel, lovely waiting staff, everything there was fabulous, but 2 main bar staff(in function hall) were rude beyond, I had to wait 5 min to be served, with not one person at the counter as speaches just began (barman polishing glasses and screaming at staff). This rudeness contuined right during the night,... More
