Stayed here recently for 1 night with my husband and daughter. We were greeted on check in by a really nice guy who checked us in and gave us any relevant info. Our room was perfect for what we needed if a bit too warm but that's a personal thing really. The room was very clean, beds very comfy. We... More

We arrived on the afternoon of an evening wedding reception at the Fels Point. The bride and groom were still greeting guests in the lobby when we hit the bar for a before dinner drink. Later, their party had moved to a reception area, but we were too busy with dinner to be bothered by their celebration. No problems here.

Excellent service, excellent rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also, they were really helpful and polite. Because of jet leg, we missed check out, and it wasn't a problem at all. Can recommend to anyone.

We stayed here a number of times before, I believe the hotel is going downhill. Bad points: First impression was walking across the sticky floor to our encounter with the receptionist. She was not friendly and obviously having a bad day. In my opinion you should at least be able to smile if you are to work at the point... More

We booked a 2 night family break at Fells Point. It included 2B&B, 1 evening meal & family pass to the aqua dome. The package was good value, the location is good for families, on the edge of town, near cinema, aqua dome & wetlands. Was pleasantly surprised with the room, spacious & clean! The evening measles came with an... More

We were part of a tour that stayed one night at this hotel. It was a very large, modern room with a Queen and Single bed which were nice and comfy. The room had a safe, iron, coffee pot, and air-conditioning. But boy was the tub high I am going to need longer legs or a step ladder to get... More

My wife and I stayed for two nights bed and breakfast and found the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. During the booking a glitch developed which the manager was very concerned and apologetic about and as a goodwill gesture upgraded our accommodation to an executive suite and oh boy! what grandeur. We were on the 1st floor and and... More

Bit run down hotel which lives off the past. Good location and complimentary parking though. Frequently populated with hundreds of bus tourists. Terrible breakfast, Excellent Gym with terrible hours, Smallest Sauna ever, no pool.
