Very comfortable modern rooms, with everything you need. Excellent food and staff were so friendly and helpful after I lost some money and did everything they could and thankfully found it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As part of my job I get to do a lot of travelling, roughly every two weeks I'm off somewhere, but never have I encountered such excellent service as I did at the Manor West. Brian at reception and Antony in the bar / restaurant went out of their way to look after me. I'm diabetic and had already missed... More

Myself & a colleague had the pleasure of staying in the Manor West Hotel on the night of March 31st. In conjunction with a two day training course. Everything about this Hotel is top class, from the moment one enters the Hotel grounds. Reception area is big and spaces with highly qualified staff on hand. We were greeted with a... More

Just back from a 3 night stay in the Manor West. We have enjoyed many breaks at this Hotel over the years and love going back there. The staff are all very helpful, in particular, Pauline at Reception. The food is very good at the Hotel, there is a great choice for breakfast and the bar food menu is also... More

I don't normally go to the trouble of writing a review but I have to say that the greeting you receive on arriving at this lovely hotel never fails to lighten my mood after a busy working day. The hotel may not be 5 star but you would swear the Staff have been on a 5 star induction course. Well... More

This was an overnight mid-week business trip to Tralee and I needed an hotel that was not far from the town and chose this one because of the very very good rate which included room and breakfast. The location is fine, less than a tenner by taxi from the train station, though as others have said, the local area, the... More

Came here on Sunday it was quiet busy so we taught we had to go somewhere else but managed to get a table. With the lovely day ut I opted for the caeser salad. Yet again it didn't disappoint. Lovely freely cooked Cajun chicken with pieces of bacon. They are very reasonably priced too for their salads

Stayed here for two nights, decent hotel. Kept very clean, drinks were nice and not to expensive... Breakfast was good with a good menu (not buffet style). Staff were nice and friendly. One thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the town centre but other than that it is very good..

My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend for an amazing break away. Firstly we were greeted by the reception staff who were so friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. We had drinks in the bar on our first nite and dinner the second we were served by very friendly guys Jose... More
