I have just returned from a few days at the MEadowlands Hotel. It's magnificent. Breakfast is a lovely continental & Cooked with Irish Cheeses fruit pastries, Salmon . Restaurants Is great. Overall I would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in lovely staff, 5Star rooms more
