I stayed here for business when the recommended hotel was booked because of a local event. Staff were attentive and helpful, available to do anything to help you be comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The Imperial is centrally located. Just a few minutes walk to many shops and city center. The building is old and accommodations a... More

Hotel in the middle of the town with car parking out the back. It's an old building so no lift. However they will carry your case up stairs. Room was clean and ensuite had a power shower. Sash windows but we were there midweek and no noise from street. Breakfast was very good with choices to suit all tastes. Staff... More

A very dated hotel.Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room although very small was comfortable, clean and functional.Sash window would not close properly with loud street noise and cold draught. Having said that I would return but be more careful with room choice.Breakfast was perfect, served by polite and cheery staff.

The imperial hotel is a very welcoming hotel . Had a birthday party there lately staff, food and service excellent. Four of my friends from England stayed for four nights the same weekend and really enjoyed their stay. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable . would recommend a stay at the Imperial if visiting Tralee.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really helpful (I needed to add an extra person at a very late date and nothing was too much trouble to them). Our room (overlooking the front entrance) was large, clean and pleasant. The bathroom was very spacious and shiny clean.Comfortable beds. We ate our evening meal in the bar-plenty of choice... More

The service at The Imperial is fantastic. We had to make a last minute change to our booking (adding an extra guest ) the hotel managed this with great efficiency. The room was lovely, very comfy beds. After a wander around town, we decided to eat in the bar. The staff there were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.... More

I was invited to a lunch at this hotel on Friday, July 25, an enjoyed the most delicious Caesar Salad I've ever had! I asked for the salad without dressing or cheese because I don't like either of these foods. The food was beautifully presented and exactly as I requested. The chicken was perfect and the bacon was mouthwatering. The... More

Booked the Imperial for an overnight stay with sister and elderly parents. Hotel staff very accommodating when we requested to change parents room from 3rd floor to 1st floor as there is no elevator. Comfortable rooms, clean and with good space. Hotel staff were very helpful. The bar was full due to FIFA soccer final however staff were accommodating and... More
