Beautiful, well laid out campsite. Very clean and tidy and well worth a visit. Out of all the campsites we visited on our 12 day tour of Ireland I'd rate this No 2 on my list. The downside is they only take cash so be prepared. The facilities were great nice n clean all the time. The clothes washing facilities... More

Just back from 2 nights in Anchor Caravan Park with our camper. The site is excellent, pitches and full site is very well maintained. Facilities cater for everything from laundry to campers kitchen to phone charging etc. Toilets are spotless and showers warm and good value at 50c. Private access to a lovely unspoiled beach. Castlegregory village about 4-5km away,... More

We stayed (2 adults) for three nights, Wed- Fri with a tent, 2 dogs and a car, and we were very pleased with the site. We arrived about 11am and were greeted by Anne, who gave us our key fob (for entrance through the gate) and key for the facilities (access to the kitchen/laundry room, games room, showers and toilets... We stayed in a mobile home in the Anchor Caravan Park for a week in August, we had a lovely time, the place was so clean and the staff were lovely. We were really impressed with the high standard of the mobile home, it had everything you could possibly want for your stay. The bedrooms were lovely, very comfortable and... More

We broke down on the way to the camp. The site owner travelled 15 miles to rescue me and the contents of my trailer at 10.30pm. He refused my offer of money to cover his diesel costs. This was a sign of the hospitality to come. This site is clean, very well-run and the family staff are always on hand to help... More

Had a fab experience in this well-run site with a French-vibe. Friendly welcome and lovely well-kept park with adequate amenities. Showers etc very reasonable. Best of all is the access to the beach which is amazing...lovely shallow and safe for bathing and plenty of exploring opportunities for young ones....We had terrible weather but imagine that this place would be amazing... Stayed for one night in the middle of May. The whole place was spotless, lovely hot showers, tap for drinking water everywhere and direct access to the beach. It is basic but has what you need. Had a lovely peaceful stay. Only thing is its a bit of a walk to pub/shop.
