Myself and my family were always regular guests at the Quality hotel,we are devastated to say the quality is gone in every way We checked in for 2 nights on New Year's Eve and our children were so excited and eagaly looking forward to what we assumed would be a fabulous break. On both nights we had to retire to our... Dear Christina165, I am disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay, I would like to point out that we do not discriminate against people of any kind booking our hotel no matter what ethnicity they may be. I believe to do so would be in contravention of several different laws in this Country. Over the Christmas and New Years... More

When my girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a warm welcome from the receptionist. The reception area is up to date. Every part of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a smile. When we got into the room it was a nice handy size for a couple and it was also in a quiet... More

While this place could have potential, it is horribly out of date. My room had large fungus growing in the corner. (I was immediately relocated when I showed them the picture.) Many other areas smelled damp and moldy, the carpet was ripped in places, the internet was weak and frequently dropped the signal. It was only available in the lobby... More

Very clean hotel . Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was about a 3 minute walk from the reception but didn't mind. The room was lovely and clean. But the towels wasn't great quality. The double bed was two single beds place together. We got a free 3 course meal with our hotel deal. The meal was horrible I found... More

Staff very friendly ,leisure centre clean and inviting .breakfast good .Our room on 3rd floor was called a superior double room but was very drab .There were 2 armchairs that were faided and worn .Stayed in this hotel twice before and had a nice room both times.

This hotel is on its last legs something from the 70's jumps to mind.....The beds are lumpy and the rooms and corridors cold also the corridors endlessly long even though the place was empty I was placed in a room miles away from reception ?? The gym and leisure area is again dated and tired in decor and standard is... More

The Hotel Killarney is on the eastern edge of the town on a roundabout that it shares with a Supervalue supermarket and some small shops. It's a 10 minute walk to town on foot. It's a large hotel - if you are stuck at the end of a wing like we were you will walk for ages and the signs... More

This a an ok hotel but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have children as the place was full of families and screaming kids.Don't get me wrong-if you have children then this is probably a great hotel as there seems to be numerous activities and facilities for them but with two sons in their twenties I'm a bit beyond... Stayed in this hotel this weekend with our two boys.food was awful and service very poor. Had to wait over a hour for a hot chocolate on Sat night. It was busy and very obvious that staff could not cope with it. Our room was clean and plenty of space.
