This hotel is on its last legs something from the 70's jumps to mind.....The beds are lumpy and the rooms and corridors cold also the corridors endlessly long even though the place was empty I was placed in a room miles away from reception ?? The gym and leisure area is again dated and tired in decor and standard is... More

The Hotel Killarney is on the eastern edge of the town on a roundabout that it shares with a Supervalue supermarket and some small shops. It's a 10 minute walk to town on foot. It's a large hotel - if you are stuck at the end of a wing like we were you will walk for ages and the signs... More

This a an ok hotel but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have children as the place was full of families and screaming kids.Don't get me wrong-if you have children then this is probably a great hotel as there seems to be numerous activities and facilities for them but with two sons in their twenties I'm a bit beyond... Stayed in this hotel this weekend with our two boys.food was awful and service very poor. Had to wait over a hour for a hot chocolate on Sat night. It was busy and very obvious that staff could not cope with it. Our room was clean and plenty of space.

We (2 adults and 3 children, aged 5,3&2) stayed in a family suite on 3rd floor which was lovely, there was kitchen/dining and living area with a double bed in one room and a double, single and bathroom with bath and shower in other room. Kitchen had fridge and microwave. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was very good, towels... More

We stayed in this dreadful hotel last Saturday night. When we arrived we were met with kids tearing around the hotel, I understand there was a Halloween Party on at the time. We could not get a reservation for dinner at the time we wanted, had to wait over 2 hrs. The restaurant was so noisy we could hardly hear... More

At the time the person I was dealing with in the Group Booking Department was excellent and I was delighted with the deal we were offered. A couple of months after I booked... More

This hotel used to be a quality hotel. Since dropping the quality name it seems to also have dropped all affiliation with the word quality. The rooms corridors lobby restaurant are absolutely freezing. The kids club is basically just colouring no thought no fun. The food is bland over priced & not tasty or well thought out. The staff from... More
