Completely messed up our booking (booked 1 xtwin, 1 x family - were given 2 x double!).Sorted this out - but given very old fashioned rooms - very very hard beds. 1 room had a funfair RIGHT OUTSIDE window going 'till late - other room had live music RIGHT OUTSIDE 'till late! Stayed here with friends obviously a huge difference between rooms in the old part and the new part of the hotel luckily we were in the new part in a Deluxe suite with the smallest bed in history, thank god for the huge couch in the fabulous living area, lovely room but velux window over the bed means direct sunlight... more

Stayed two nights after Bank Holiday weekend and enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, entertainment great, rooms spacious and very clean. Only complaint was the coffee at breakfast, cold, strong and made about four hours earlier - the instant packet in the room was far superior. more

What a lovely hotel by far my favourite hotel in Kilarney and i have stayed in quite a few of the hotels, staff are lovely and very friendly emailed them the day before i arrived so that i could stay in there new rooms not a problem what so ever to them they emailed back straight away the next morning... more

Stayed here for 1 night in July 2009 with my wife and having requested one of the newer rooms based on feedback on TA, we were very happy with the room.
