I emailed before hand and asked what time would be good to check in and we were told 12-6. Well when we got there at 2 our room was not ready. The room was old, worn and smelled like smoke. They claimed to accept credit cards, have wifi, have hair dryer, and tea in rooms but that was not the... More

Our family of 5 (3 kids, 1 with asperger's) stayed in the large family suite. It is an older house, but very comfortable with great breakfasts and wonderful hosts. They have animals that the kids can visit with, including a litter of new puppies when we were there. This was perfect for my daughter with asperger's -- a great, calming... More

we arrived at the the B&B and stood out front with another couple. They said the owner had checked them in then turned and left they weren't sure what was going on. We knocked on the kitchen door the owner opened the door and they were all sitting at the table smoking. She said that they were over booked and... More

The scenery is beautiful and the rooms are clean. Sadly that the best I can say. I have come to expect a warm Irish welcome and helpful hosts. This is not what I experienced at this B and B. They were unavailable and even gruff at times. If you just need a place to stay the night it is fine.... More

We enjoyed our stay here - the rooms were clean and comfortable, although the beds were a bit hard and part of the house smelled like cigarette smoke. However, the grounds were absolutely gorgeous with an expansive field surrounded by woods. We enjoyed seeing visiting with the animals, including the horses but especially the bunnies and puppies. Maurice (the hostess)... More

Not a Pony/Pet Farm. Don't go. This is someones house with a barn in the grounds, there are a few animals, the sheep roam around and foul the area that is called the children's play area, which is also covered in nettles and the play structures are falling apart. There are a few pens with Emu's, a sheep dog and... More

A bit off the beaten bath, but great nonetheless! We actually ended up here on accident — due to an error on the part of our travel agent, we were booked a room here when we were meant to stay with the rest of our party at another location. In addition, the travel agent booked the room for 3 adults... More

This is not a 4 star hotel at all!! 2 star yes NOT 4 star. Totally disappointed. When we arrived she was not welcoming she was surprised we were there. The room was tiny and the shower room I could barley turn around, The Animals in the picture is not how it seems they were locked away not roaming around.... More

Maureen went Above & Beyond when it comes to Irish hospitality. My adolescents would have loved to spend their whole Irish vacation here. My son was rundown & ill upon arrival. Maureen nursed him back to health. First she brought him hot tea & a large comfy red water bottle & layers of blankets to heat his bed. My teen... More

Large rooms (we had a 4 people room for the 2 of us) with lots of space. Great farm with lots of animals: deer, pig, sheep, rabbits, horse, emus. Several breakfast options to choose from. Good advice received for travelling through the Ring of Kerry. Thanks a lot!
