This was a great place to stay over Easter as it is in a lovely setting and very near to Killarney. The kids were not bored and they enjoyed all that was on offer from the pet farm and riding stables. When we arrived we got a warm welcome from Maureen. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast set... More

Dissappointed to book a rather nice room online and then receive something totally different! We found the room (room number 2) on our final morning. It would seem that the proprieters are saving the room from wear and tear. To make thinks worse, our room was dated, smelt of mould and had a spider issue! Also you note that anyone... More

The B&B was owned by a lovely family who were very welcoming and hospitable. Lovely surrounds for the adults and the animals are great fun for the kids.

Homely accommodation in which we felt most welcome. Rooms and facilities great. Lovely breakfast too. Beautiful area to stay in and explore - will definitely be back. Thanks

Went to the pet farm only (not the B&B) and was charged €35 for myself and 5 children (all under 8) Should have been €40 but the owner gave me a discount! The scenery is beautiful - but so is most of Kerry and I have a free view each day to the most beautiful scenery from my house. Apart... More

This review is actually for the pet farm which the owners have recently opened. We did not stay at the B & B. My partner, daughter, in-laws and I were in Killarney for the day, our daughter had being going on about a pony-ride so we relented. My partner called the pet farm and advised the lady on the other... More

On a trip to Ireland with my nieces we stayed at the Mucross Riding Stables B+B and decided it got a A+. The owners were friendly and helpful especially when we showed up a day early! We loved the picturesque setting and took many walks around the property enjoying the many farm animals. My nieces loved playing with puppies and... More

As soon as we arrived the lady (MAUREEN) did even look at our faces and only said: "I do not know which room to give you". She started pushing us to get a more expensive room despite we booked it with over one week of notice. Bad welcome, bad service! Never recommend it to anyone. The location is very fascinating....
