Travelled down to Killarney after flying in to Shannon from Liverpool. The directions to the B+B were easy to follow and was pretty easy to find. Was plenty of room in the car park and first impressions were great. Was met by our host who was so friendly and instantly made us feel welcome, we arrived 2 hrs early but... more

you somehow get the feeling your weariness has been drawn away the moment you step into their compound. brenden (the owner) was there when we needed him & was not to be found when we wanted to be alone. believe me, it sounds ludicrous, but you can actually sense the silence & quietness around this b&b. overlooks the station &... more

Just got back from another great trip to Killarney and stayed at Sunnybank B&B (my second trip in a few months!) I must say this B&B offers fantastic value for money with clean and very nice accomodation. It's in a good location near town and i couldn't say enough good things about our fantastic host Brendan! I would highly recommend! more

We spent one night at Sunnybank as my partner and I were attending a wedding in The Malton Hotel a few minutes walk away. On arrival Brendan welcomed us making us feel relaxed. We were delighted to see the room were spotless, spacious and en suite. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious and the toast plentiful. This is a great... more

I stayed at Sunnybank B&B for 2 nights in early September, 2009, traveling with my sister & sister-in-law. I was a bit nervous about this reservation due to the relatively small number of reviews I found for this B&B, but I definitely made the right choice. I highly recommend Sunnybank & will stay there again if I should return to... more

Everything was perfect. I was amazed how large the room and bath were, and both were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Because I cannot climb steps, we had a first floor room. Brendan, our host, made us feel at home. While I was relaxing I read a book from the library. If you love flowers, Brendan's... more

We stayed at Sunnybank B&B back in November and enjoyed the inn's location and hosts so much we stayed there again when family visited us. One family member has mobility issues making stairs next to impossible and another has a severe cigarette smoke allergy, but both needs were addressed upon first mention. The location is ideal for visitors taking the... more

This was my favourite accommodation on the entire trip. The house is immaculate, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is fantastic. Always nice to have a TV in the room for downtime as well. The town centre is very close by, and a shopping centre attached to the bus and rail stations is right across the street. The... more
