We had a most pleasant stay in this great B&B. It's at walking distance from most main touristic sites in Kilarney, and Mary and Pat were awesome hosts. The breakfast was the best we had in Ireland, and the room was nice and tidy.

We only stayed one night at Rathmore House but it was very pleasant and comfortable. Mary got us the room earlier in the day and provided us with very valuable information about travelling the "ring of kerry." After a day trip, we headed out for the evening and to our surprise were left with a note in our door advising... More

This year me and my wife went for the third time to this lovely place. Warmly welcomed by Pat and Mary we booked a room here for four nights to be able to enjoy Killarney, it's surroundings and of course the host and hostess Pat and Mary, who make you feel at home the minute you enter. The rooms are... More

We didnt plan to stay at the Rathmore House but once we got there, were absolutely charmed by Pat's hospitality and the room we were going to stay. It was quite cold outside, so Pat straight away suggested to turn the heater on for us! Everywhere is clean and Irish breakfast is delicious!!! Pat provided us with all the information... More

We had barely pulled onto the huge drive when we were greeted by Marguerite. Tea and freshly made scones and cake were served within minutes of arrival. Beautiful house with large rooms tastefully decorated. The view across the bay from our bedroom windows was simply stunning. No hesitation in recomending this B & B.

We stayed at the Rathmore House for 2 nights during the beggining of October. Originally, we planned one night only, but after receiving a warm welcome from our friendly host Patrick and seeing the room, we decided to extend our stay. The B&B is located within a 5 minute walk from town and the room was the largest we had... More

My sister-in-law and my niece had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Rathmore House August 15, 2009. The rooms were bright, sunny (loved the sky lights!) and spotless. Nice-sized rooms, nice shower, comfortable beds. Pat and Mary truly know how to make you feel welcome into their home. Pat, in his gracious, good-humored manner, gave us great tips on... More

We were four people in all, two couples, and we're lucky enough to find this place with vacancies. Pat, the owner, was great. Whether with recommendations for places to eat in town, tips on Muckross house and places along the lake, and hints for making our Ring of Kerry tour that much better, or just chatting away at and after...
