My mum,my sister,my daughter and I recently visited Kerry for a short holiday and we stayed at Redwood for the first time. It is a beautiful house with a lovely garden and atmosphere. Our hosts were lovely and could not do enough to help in any way possible. The whole standard of the place was very high, large airy rooms which... More

Unfortunately our stay was not as we expected because of two major problems. First of all the double bed was way too small, the smallest we've found in Ireland. We could barely move and we slept badly. The second was the bathroom, which was damp and cold, especially the towels, always humid and uncomfortable. The sink was tiny and the... More

We wanted to stay in a central location in Killarney so we could travel around and chanced upon this place. It is in beautiful grounds and Evelyn is a very helpful host. Breakfasts were great and I particularly enjoyed the mini Irish breakfast, which was just the right size for me. The rooms were comfortable and we didn't take advantage... More

If you are touring Ireland, you'll want to visit Killarney, and if you're in Killarney, you must consider a stay at Redwood Country House. It was, by far, the best value experience of our entire vacation in Ireland. What a pleasure, from start to finish: beautiful house and grounds, lovely and helpful hosts, full breakfasts, and inexpensive rates! The hosts'... More

We stayed in Redwood Country House for the two nights we stayed in Killarney We couldn't have chosen better. Evelyn was wonderful, giving us tips on where to go for dinner and what activities to do. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing. Wonderful choice and simply delicious. Highly recommend Redwood

We would recommend while visiting this beautiful area that you stay at Redwood. Our rooms were comfortable and attractive, and breakfast was very good. Evelyn was able to help us with our sightseeing requests, and recommended visiting a castle we had not planned on stopping at which was fabulous. The grounds are lovely and well kept.

We stayed here for two nights as part of our tour around Ireland. This is a large house with all the fineries that go with a guesthouse that exudes quality. The room we had was a ground floor room which, although not overly large, was certainly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and equally spacious with both a... More

Evelyn was a welcoming host and made our stay at Redwood B&B very comfortable. Redwood is a very private comfortable B&B; turning off of the highway into Redwood was like pulling into a lush haven with its large shade trees and green grounds. Our room was tastefully elegant, neat, & clean.

We called ahead and she held a very nice room for us; we stayed one night. It was roomy and away from the road that passes the property. This is on a very large property that is peaceful and a nice place to relax. Breakfast was well done, the tea was served properly and was very hot. There were a... More

When we met mrs. Evelyn Murphy, the owner of Redwood, we felt home away from home. She recommended some nice restaurants in Kilarney. And also made a reservation for the show of Liam O'connor. We stayed in a wonderful spacious room. Very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was every day a delicious happening. If we ever visit this part of... More
