Myself and my two friends stayed at the Killarney Royal last week for two nights and played golf around the Lakes. This is a fantastic family run hotel, with brillant food, the breakfast is superb, and amazing bedrooms ( even a putter and practice game in the room - very useful if you play as badly as I do !... more

The hotel is charming but old (built in early 1900's). The food is fantastic and our room was very large. The beds were a bit hard, but the bathroom was very nice. more

This was one of our favourite hotels and has the friendliest staff we ever met. The lobby is warm and cosy, the rooms large and comfortable and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was great and the central location was ideal for getting out and about the town. Special requests were easily catered for and nothing was too much... more

We stayed at Killarney Royal last week and i would recommend this place to everyone. Our rooms were nice and bright, with lovely bathrooms. We got complementary tea and scones (my favourite, best I ever had) on arrival, so we could relax after a long journey in a cosy lobby, sitting by the fireplace...how sweet! Second night we ate a... more

Food was fab, and by the end of our couple of days we were calling staff by their first names! location is excellent, near shops and nightlife, was great to be able to just cross the road to bed after a... more

My wife and I stayed at the Killarney Royal hotel for two nights recently. It is located right in the town centre, which is very convenient for shops, pubs and restaurants, although it has no car park of its own. The staff were very helpful, offering to park our car on arrival in a nearby car park and even phoning... more

My now wife and I are proud to say that we were the first couple to have our marriage ceremony performed in the Killarney Royal hotel. From the very first moment we met the staff at the hotel we felt like we had been there a thousand times before. The level of personal attention we received was beyond belief. They... more
