Staff were friendly and all generally was good but the room was dated including the bathroom.Breakfast was decent with a fine selection. It is a long walk to the centre of Killarney. Would stay again but only if room was more up to date.

We were here for a wedding. The venue's bar and function rooms are lovely. The food was outstanding and the staff were friendly. However the rooms are in need of updating and a deep clean. The waiting staff while friendly have no training. Food was landed on top of napkins or other plates. People were bumped and shoved during service.... More

We found this hotel one of the better ones we stayed at in Ireland. Friendly receptionist and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had separate shower and bath which was good. Ideal location for driving the Ring of Kerry. Food was reasonably good but the carvery on the second night didn't impress me as the food was... More

I was very impressed with the €60 per night i paid for staying in this hotel, given its location in one of the busiest tourist hubs in the country. I was staying in Killarney to do a Triathlon and the staff were very helpful helping me store my bike and get some early morning food. Just bear in mind that... More

Not walking distance to Killarney. 2= rooms in the hotel are very poor. The decor is drab and dated and the bathroom was very dated and small. 3= hotel... More

This is an older hotel that appears to cater to small tour groups as well as events such as weddings. The staff were responsive and polite. The morning breakfast was well prepared and the dining room well kept. The rooms were near and clean and spacious. Overall, a good hotel but not that memorable. The positive is its location. One... Stayed at the Killarney Heights Hotel for one night with my Boyfriend...Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who was more than helpful when we enquired about places to see etc...Hotel itself is beautiful inside...very clean and modern. The bar was lovely, and very intimate, with candles lighting and comfortable seating. Room and shower was spotless, and... More

Stayed in the Heights for one night and was most impressed. Nice bright and cheery room, spotlessly clean. En-suite nicely apportioned. Total peace and quiet. I ate in the bar and was very impressed with the quality, service and value for money - oh - and the setting, in one of the new conservatories. The staff were very friendly and... More
