Was in Ireland for a wedding and so had little choice about where to stay as the reception was held at this hotel - but its an expensive stay! Our room was extremely dated (yellow pine furniture everywhere) and the hallway outside our room STANK of cigarette smoke (there was an ashtray in our room). The hotel was full, so... more

The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful - professional but not stuckup as you find in a lot of hotels. Our room was lovely and clean and warm - I think it had been just renovated as the colours are neutral... more

Overall the hotel was a bit outdated, but very clean. The room was a pretty big and spacious. The rooms were a bit outdated as well and could use a re-haul to update everything. The bathroom was really nice as it also had a separate shower and tub. The hotel was very close to the centre of town...about a 6... more

Check in staff were friendly but took a few minutes to find the room as the layout of the hotel appears a bit hap... more

We stayed in this hotel on a two night & evening meal offer. Although the restaurant was busy, we got what we wanted & were never rushed. It is a lovely bright restaurant with a gorgeous view, the food was quite good, very filling. Our room was big with double & single bed, table chairs, massive bath room & no... more

This was only the day after I made the booking and more than 30 days prior to the stay. The hotel cancelled the booking with no issue but... more
