Very Central, lovely rooms, friendly staff cannot fault this hotel.Would stay here on next visit to Killarney. The Pubs and Restaurants are just minutes away. There is a nice outdoor sitting area to the front of the Hotel to enjoy the weather and enjoy a drink as you plan your day or night.

Excellent location only 5-10 minute walk from almost everything in town. Can't come up with a single negative!!! Room 305 has a jacuzzi in bathtub, suspect all rooms do. Even complimentary bottled sparkling & still water when you arrive in room, 2 suitcase racks, excellent restaurant... Very quiet for it's location... Great place!

After B & B stints for a week, we were in need of a hotel and we're lucky enough, on no notice to get a room. The hotel is not only centrally located with the most comfortable and spacious rooms, they also provide a freshly cooked breakfast to your requirements. The staff were faultless and the laundry we put in... More

Of the hotels we stayed in in Ireland, this was our favorite. Still, no clock in the room but the whole hotel had an authentic, Irish feel and was in the BEST location. Right out the front door was everything you need. As I was traveling with my 81 yr. old mother, and my 80 yr. old aunt the convenience... More

I was in your hotel bar yesterday ( 5th of July ) and was nearly put off ever coming back because in the bar we were told to sit and eat there and then again told we could not eat in the bar ,only for the receptionist ( blonde hair to the shoulder ) she got us seating outside at... More

Now here is my problem. I am a tour Guide and Driver in Ireland. I have started to review hotels to show people what a Hotel is like from the point of view of somebody that is entitled to a free room. Since I started these reviews Ihave been attacked on various levels by certain Hotels, I have now decided... More

Had a great stay here. Lovely spacious executive room. Opening window, comfortable seating, nice bathroom, shower over bath, complimentary bath products. Warm welcome greeting. Wifi in room. Dining room, full cooked Irish breakfast available with good choices. Only disappointing thing was thought mattress could have been replaced. Maybe just not firm enough for me. Bed did have top and bottom... More

Spent three fabulous days, basking in beautiful sunshine in the beautiful south west region of ireland - Killarney. There is so much to see and do here. Having stayed many times in Killarney in lots of the first class hotels, this was our first time staying at this beautifully situated and great facade of the Killarney Avenue. Right outside your... 3 rooms booked and all were excellent . Hotel is very central yet very quietly located . Opposite entrance to National Park and jaunting cars. We had dinner b&b option . Delicious four course dinner in restaurant. Breakfast very fresh. Cooked to order and plenty of it . Swimming pool in sister hotel Killarney Towers. Two minutes walk and towels... More

This hotel is past it's prime. The only thing it has going for it is location, location, location. The beds were horrible, the heater was noisy, the rooms were worn, the TV was and old computer monitor and the motion detector in the hallway didn't work properly( so you were walking in a completely dark hallway for 20 or so...
