This guest-house is situated at the edge of the town and within only a few minutes walk from the shops, attractions, restaurants and the railway station. Very friendly, helpful hosts and staff, all with very good local knowledge. Check in and check out were both very easy and straight forward. The public area was comfortable and welcoming. The free wi-fi... More

This guesthouse is just perfect. The staff are so friendly, nothing is a bother. The rooms are really spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the Killarney town and the national park. It was a really great place to stay in Killarney and definitely value for money. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a couple of nights so we could explore the Ring of Kerry. It is very centrally located and only took 5min to walk into town in the evenings for dinner. The rooms are like a modern hotel room rather than a B&B. The breakfast was fantastic and also the staff very friendly. Parking was great and... More

The guesthouse is well located, just a two minute stroll from the town centre, and offered very reasonable rates for my mid-March stay. I booked a single room but was infact given a family room with a big bay window, which was a lovely surprise even if I didn't need the extra space! Breakfast was well presented, with multiple cereal... More

We had a very pleasant stay at the Castle Lodge in Killarney. The hotel is perfectly located for tourists planning on doing the Ring of Kerry. We stayed two nights and found the rooms clean, breakfast delicious and location just perfect! It is a 5 min walk into town where there are great pubs and restaurants to choose from. The... More

If you want to visit the Ring of Kerry this is the ideal place to stay and begin your journey! The rooms are clean and big (our was really big!) with a really good mattress and pillow, which is really good after a big walk or a long drive! Private parking free is also a really nice thing. All was... More

A good location. But we expected more from a guesthouse in Killarney. There is nothing at all wrong with this property, but it could be a lot better. The room we had was adequate but everything was very basic and dated. The ensuite shower room was ok, and the basic elements were clean, but it was rough around the edges.... More

Just back from a great weekend spent at the Castlelodge. Could not fault the staff, the immaculate, spacious room or the fantastic variety of breakfast. Very centrally situated for all Killarney's attractions.

We stayed here recently for one night. We had huge, spacious rooms (I think the smaller rooms were closed for some reason so we had large family-type rooms), the wifi was super fast (initially had some problems but then it was fine), staff friendly. My only complaint would be that the toilet was not cleaned 100%, and could have been... More

We stayed here for one night on our recent trip to Ireland, after stopping at several places that we had viewed on TA, but most of those were closed. We were told that some lodgings close for the off season, although they don't seem to find it necessary to post signs. The woman who welcomed us was very sweet and... More
