I stayed here with my family. The hotel was in the centre of Killarney. It was close to all the facilities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice homely feel to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is built on top of a pub and is in dire need of re-renovation. The door in our en-suite bathroom didn't fit, leaving a half-inch gap down the side, the shower didn't work (no water at all) the restaurant was closed - the pub was full of noisy yobs, the nearest (paying) car park is 100 yds away... Stay here in august for 2 nights mid week. Great location in the center of the town, room was clean, but didn't find it very child friendly. Very warm and welcoming inn. Great location very convenient. Slight inconvenience with parking and noise but that's what happens when your in a central location. I would recommend. Breakfast was great with friendly staff.
