we stayed in the gleneagle after seeing the pics online.it was our first trip to killarney and unfortunately probably our last. the decor was dreadful. carpets worn and different every room...a multicoloured nightmare. the pics of the hotel online completely misrepresent the hotel. it looks nice online but in reality the place needs a good update.
