This is not a review of the hotel but of the restaurant, specifically the superb pianist, Anita. Travel weary and loathe to suffer any more the heart-throbbing amplified 180-decibil "music" at other Killarney pubs during a Music Fest weekend in mid-July, I passed by Foley's Restaurant and heard soft melodic piano strains soothing to the ear--and soul. Not prepared to... More

Booked this hotel as an add on for an extra couple of days in Killarney and we were not disappointed the hotel is in an ideal location in the main high street with ample free parking in a secure gated area. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the only small niggles were that the electric car park gates were... More

Had a beautiful meal in Foleys last evening. The food and service was first class and the ambience was completed by the young lady on the piano. Highly recommended. Although we hadn't booked (and it was Saturday) we waited for less than 5 minutes.

Situated smack bang in the city centre surrounded by the tourist delights of 'real Irish music bars', local and chain restaurants, gastro pubs and more souvie shops than you can throw a stick at. The hotel is quite pricey but we felt it was good value for money. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly... More

If you want a great room in the heart of the tourist section, this is the place to stay. We had free parking, and a full breakfast was included. The room was supposed to be air conditioned, but it was not working. Since it was unusually hot, we had to open the unscreened windows to the noisy outdoors. However, the... More

Music stops at 11, keg rolling begins at 6:30 AM so that is your window to sleep. The room is small, but the bed huge. No remote control. The surrounds is vibrant for nightlife.Way overpriced compared to elsewhere in Ireland.

Have stayed in Foleys a few times over the past two years and have already booked in for another few stays this year. Great thing is you meet the same staff and a few new faces over the summer months. The rooms are nice and the seafood is one of the best in kerry has a nice quiet bar so... More

This place was beautiful. A lovely very clean room with a spa, what more could you ask for. It's right in the heart of Killarney but very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with a choice of a full irish breakfast or a continental breakfast, although we had a bit of both.mi would definitely stay here again if I visited the area. Just... More

We only had a one night stay in Foleys but we found it really nice! The decor was antique style and had great character! The breakfast room was a little dated but the food was really nice. Nice location in Killarney.

Our stay was a quick one night, but just perfect. We drove into a very busy High Street looking for Foley's Townhouse and were pleasantly surprised to see they have driveway we were able to pull in to. The staff were very pleasant and the room was large, clean and great value for money. Breakfast was excellent. Simple, good produce,... More
