This superb B&B in an old, elegantly restored farmhouse set in the stunning Kerry countryside, feels more like a boutique hotel. The owner, Sean, and his family have been running it since 1963 and it tells. The location is perfect for hill walkers like us who aren't bothered about having a pub and/or restaurant within walking distance (such as you... More

When we were shown to our room at this B&B, I literally could not believe how nice it was--roomy, comfortable beds, nice shower... I didn't want to leave. It was nice to have the homey feel of a bed and breakfast here, combined with some of the privacy a more hotel-like setting gives you, as the B&B is larger with... More

Beautiful setting about 10 minutes drive outside Killarney. Mountains to the front and lush farmland to the rear. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Highly recommended. Positives: Close to Killarney but in a lovely countryside setting. Great communal areas (sitting and dining rooms) and nice bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms to a good standard. Sean, our host, was very friendly and ensured we... More

Salmon Leap Farm was very easy to reach, in a good location if you have a car and very peaceful and tranquil. The room was big and spacious and the bathroom very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the host was very friendly and helpful and even provided us with coffee and biscuits in the guest room any time we asked.... More

We stayed at Salmon Leap Farm for two nights to travel around the Ring of Kerry. Even before we arrived Sean was quick to respond to my emails and enquires, and from the min we walked in the door he was so welcoming and hospitable! The rooms were large, clean, and comfy, and breakfast was delicious! I especially loved how... More

We stayed at this B&B. They were wonderful. They were very kind and let us check in early. The room was the best we stayed in while in Ireland. Very clean and nice. Will stay again when we travel to Ireland.

We stayed here for three nights and it was the best B&B on our trip! Sean was so friendly and helpful, we got tea/coffee upon arrival. Be sure to have him give you a tour of the archaeological site on his property, it was very interesting. Beds were clean and comfy, and bathrooms were large! Never thought i would comment... More

From the moment we arrived, Sean made sure we had whatever we needed. The place was very clean and comfortable. Also, it seemed very "green" with separate trash cans and such. It does offer free wifi on the main floor. I was able to use it from my room, but my husband could not. Make sure you have Sean take... More
