Very dirty room, it looked like it was not cleaned for months. The House didn't smell nice. The shower was really filthy, luckily it was only for two nights.. There is satellite TV with hundreds of channels. The breakfast is already in the room when you check in, which means that the bread is old, and is not replaced if... more

This place is what a modern b n b should be. Unlike other places, this place does not have cufew, you can come and go as you please, the owner is very friendly and helpful.and certainly not intrusive, The location is super, private parking for our car.[so close to centre, you wont need it] I loved our room, free wifi and laptop from owner,a desk and... more

I will start off by addressing the negatives. If you are looking for a luxury place to stay, this is not for you. HOWEVER, my friend and I felt like this B&B was definitely worth our stay. Jim, the owner, greeted us on arrival and immediately spent about an hour with us explaining to us good places to eat and... more

Great place; updated with furniture and flat screen TV's in the room. Very centrally located but away from the noise of downtown Galway. Jim, the host, was extremely helpful, resourceful and willing to help me out with my plans in consideration during my stay in Galway. Definitely a place where I'd stay again without hesitation, if ever in Galway again. more

I had the pleasure of staying in this unique Bed and lie-in earlier this month. Most B&B's give you a full Irish breakfast, but then want you out of the room 5 minutes later. Jim offers a DIY breakfast, fruit cereal coffee etc and you can have a "lie in" until you are ready to go. Jim is passionate about... more

A great value in expensive Galway, this B&B is a 15-20 minute walk from the main shopping area and is run by young Jim Tierney. It has been a Galway B&B for many years. Our room (my husband and I ) had a king bed, had a good shower, a small refrigerator, and a small safe. Not a lot of... more
