I have stayed for 4 nights. A few things I could complain about are the size of the room, the cubic shower and the tiny tv. Everything is as old as the hosts. They are nice persons, but I assum this place is better suitable for old people as I did see quite a lot of aged American couples having... more

Eddie and Helen made us feel like loved family members. We were here last week. The first night we were able to get a large double room, but we extended our stay and had to move to a very small twin--it was worth it. We were sorry to leave. There was plenty of parking. They have a lovely property. It... more

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of July for some of Race Week. Eddie and Helen were so friendly and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to see the best of Galway. They are always available to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had! Fresh fruit salad, selection of cheese,... more

Staying with Eddie and Helen made us feel like we were visiting family who couldn't wait for us to arrive. How wonderful that our first night in Ireland was with this charming couple. Eddie welcomed us as we entered the car park area and the service didn't stop until we left the next day. In between, we were given great... more

Stayed two nights at the beginning of eight-day holiday in SW Ireland. Eddie & Helen Fitzgerald are great hosts--very helpful with directions and a good hearty breakfast. This B&B is well located within a short walk of downtown. Unfortunately, the room at the front of the house (#4 I think) was very cramped and badly in need of a refresh.... more

If you visit Galway and never get to feel the genuine warmth, humor and pride of the local people, you've missed out on the most memorable attraction of this city. The Four Seasons is an excellent place to experience that and it added greatly to my vacation memories of Ireland. The hosts were the kindest people I've ever encountered while... more

Just spent two nights at the Four Seasons B and B in Galway. Eddie and Helen are very gracious hosts. The right blend of being very helpful, but giving you your own space. Breakfasts are great! Easy walk to downtown. Would stay there again for sure! more

Eddie was a fabulous host from the moment we hit town. He picked us up from the bus station and gave us a mini-tour of the center of Galway on the drive home to the B&B. It really did feel like we were staying an uncle--he was so warm, funny, sincere, helpful, and hospitable. Gave great restaurant recommendations based on... more

We recently took a trip where we stayed in four B&B's in Ireland, and this was the first and the best. We had no idea what to expect, but Eddie and Helen were so welcoming that it felt like we were visiting family. The rooms were a little small, but you don't go to Galway to stay in your room... more
