I am writing this review on behalf of my Mother & Sister, who stayed at this hotel on Fri night, 12th Dec '14. Their experience from start to finish was nothing but exceptional...from the location, the clean, warm room, fabulous food (dinner & breakfast) to the very friendly staff & management, who even went as far as 'jump starting' their... Stayed at this hotel for one night in December 2014. The hotel is very centrally located, just off the top of Eyres Sq. The rooms were adequate and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

Absolutely terrible hotel! Only booked it because everywhere else was full and they charged me €134 for one night for 2! Hotel is in serious need of a revamp! Receptionists are very bad, no smile or welcome! Rooms are old and outdated. No wifi only wired internet..it is 2014 right? Tv channel selection very bad, no room service and breakfast... More

We had a good stay here. Room was pleasant. Hotel is in a great location, short walk pubs and restaurants. Breakfast here was decent for 10 euros. Had a drink in their bar which was quite nice. The staff we encountered were nice and polite. Would stay again.

This hotel would have got the 5 stars if only we were greeted with a friendly smile when we arrived. It seemed like we were a burden and that was only checking in. The room was clean except for cigarette burns on the bed cover. Location is central, 5 mins to Shop Street. We were located to the street side... More

This hotel is within 3 minutes walk to CityLink bus station, 5 minutes walk to train station and 3 minutes to local stations. Taxi stand is about 1.5 block away. Location is excellent and it does not down town noise. Front desk staff are helpful and accommodation. The problem is the rooms, I have been thru 2 rooms. The 1st... More

The room was basic but spotless. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. There was a voucher for a dinner deal in the room on arrival. 3 course meal with free bottle of wine for 19.50pp. (early bird)They provide free parking and it's convenient to the city centre.

This is a great, welcoming inn located near the city center. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The service was exemplary and staff were very friendly and helpful! As an added bonus, the restaurant was one of the best we ate at in all of Ireland.... More
