We stayed here for one night, it's located between the beach at Salthill and downtown Galway, about a 10 minute walk to each. The Swallow was a pleasant B&B just over the river from the main part of Galway. The location was great: an easy walk to Galway Cathedral, the Spanish Arch, and all the best pubs in the Latin Quarter. It was also convenient to several bus routes to Salt Hill. Stayed here recently and found the Swallow a nice, little, comfortable BnB on the Fr Griffin Road, very close to Galway City and Salthil.
