Very close to the city of Galway which is great if you want to be close to pubs and restaurants. Nice and clean rooms but a little small. Bathroom was just alright and very clean. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Friendly and caring hosts. Would recommend.

We stayed for three nights at Kilcullen house at Galway and had excellent experience in all respect. it is a small but beautifully B & B. Place is decorated with an artist eyes. Beautiful paintings, excellent collection of books in reception and room, green tea and coffee and fresh baked cookies every afternoon and yes yummy Irish breakfast every morning!... More

Kilcullen House was the best B&B we stayed in during our trip to Ireland. Our room was spotless, cosy and great value for money making for a very relaxing stay, so much so that we opted to stay an extra night. The location is ideal for exploring Galway, with the shops resturants and pubs on Quay Street only a five... More

A warm and more than friendly experience. Russell was a wonderful host, you could not ask for a more concerned and helpful person. Our room was spotless and comfortable, though small. The breakfast was excellent and we would stay there without a question of doubt. The price was unbeatable. A quick walk to the best Pubs and shops.

In contrast to so many of the stuffy bed and breakfasts we stayed at in Ireland, Kilcullen was hip and modern, with fun art and decor. The owners, Russell and Emer, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. You get options for breakfast, which is nice, and Russell clearly prides himself on providing locally sourced food... More
