We stayed here as a family for Xmas 2007. Welcomed on arrival with mulled wine and mince pies, a nice touch. We were given 3 rooms in a row, which was handy as we had a youngster who could have some independance, with parents next door. Christmas lunch was buffet, but a wide choice of food, and very pleasant. We... more

We stayed in this hotel during a tour through Ireland. The hotel was spotless and well stocked. Our standard room was spacious and the bathroom was large also. The room had awesome included amenities such as flat screen TV, spacious shower, and lots of odds and ends including a mini fridge. THe room was very quiet. The bedding was very... more

great hotel. very nice. big rooms unlike most in europe that we experienced. Everything was nice and it was a great departure from the other hotels in our other cities in Europe. Two Issues: 1) Not really too close to the main part of Galway. 2) Internet is super expensive. more

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were a decent, would have liked a good sized double rather than the 2 smaller double beds we got. Bathroom OK. Breakfasts were fantastic, really really good and they ran till 11am which is always nice. Had one main meal and it was OK. Location was OK, a little far to walk at night... more

Both were very clean. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The bar provided a lovely space to relax after the... more

This was our 2nd time here as we stayed here about 2 years ago when the hotel had just opened. it still looks and feels as new as before. It's rare to find such clean bathrooms..and I have stayed in 100's of hotels and not often does one find such attention to cleanliness. The bedrooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated... more

Stayed in Marriott for a weekend with friends for a Spa weekend. Room immaculately clean, very good choice at breakfast, and all staff were very professional and friendly. A good choice and five minute drive from city centre. Only drawback is the busy road beside this hotel. more

Ok it has a convenience store and petrol station attached and is a bit out of the centre but this is more than made up for by the quality of the rooms, the very helpful staff and the value for money this hotel represents. Check in was friendly and efficient, Staff were very good. Pro Excellent Rooms Very Confortable Beds... more
