Nice room with excellent bed. Quiet oasis but close enough to walk Galway. Our caring hosts, Frank and Joan, are what separate this B&B experience from any other we have had. Best oatmeal we have ever had and if you are lucky enough to ever stay here ask Frank if he ever wrote his song "Joan's Scones". more

Frank and Joan run a top notch establishment in Galway. The breakfast is superb and the service is excellent. We were lost after a long drive and called Frank. He insisted that he would meet us at our location and guide us to the Petra house. It does not get any better than that. more

This is a wonderful place to stay in Galway and so welcoming after landing in Dublin at 3am our time in Toronto and driving all day. The bed was great. The breakfast was elegant.
