Friendly, attentive, and caring people work in this hotel. New furniture was being assed for durability, client comfort, and even cleaning implications. No wonder they are full. Impressive efforts to please. Every effort was made to consider our experience, even though we turned up for breakfast quite late and 50 people had already been saved, the ambience was an issue!... A very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. We've got a good size family room and it was clean. the shower has a really nice pressure and a nice soaking in the bath tub was relaxing after a whole day of walking around Galway. the only downside is that it took a while for the room to heat because... In a nutshell - The hotel is ideally located, with just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room was clean except that the carpets were not vac'd during our stay. The bed was way too hard for my temporary disablilty, so I failed to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent and VFM at €9. The... More

I went to this hotel with four other friends. At first I thought it was too expensive for such a simple hotel (looked like a hostel in the pics) but when I arrived I realized it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom fresh and clean. Great for a few nights. Staff... More

I stayed here with a few friends for the Bank Holiday Sunday. We had decided to find a hotel close to Galway so that we could head into the city. We arrived and checked in. We found our bedroom easily, though it quickly became apparent that the majority of the guests were there for the same reasons we were! We... More

Booked to stay here for one night over the Bank Holiday weekend but ended up staying an extra night because we enjoyed the hotel so much. The friendliest staff in the world, particularly Phil at reception, couldn't do enough to make our stay a happy one. Clean room, powerful shower, and brand new beds which were really comfy. Very handy... More
