The furniture in the room had all kinds of stains on them ( I am not going to guess from where) There were cigarette burns also ( this was supposed to be non smoking) curtains were ripped. Terrible wifi,No charm , very noisy not what I was expecting after reading... More

Great value for money. We traveled as a group of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Great facilities and location, really close to city center. Popular with families with small children at this time of year.

Myself, My husband and our 8 year old son stayed in the Connacht Hotel for 4 nights last week. I found the hotel overall excellent. Firstly, we found the staff friendly and very helpful. The family room we got was well priced and had a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room which included cooking facilities. The breakfast was included in our... More

The Connacht hotel has lots of taxis waiting outside the doors to take you into town so there was no wait on taxis. This hotel is located well for those who don't want to be in the centre of everything. However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The staff on check in weren't all that friendly. The hotel... This was a perfectly fine hotel but nothing special. The bed was comfortable and you did get free wifi, which is not always the case, but there was nothing to make it stand out. My room was quiet enough and the food in the bar standard fare. The service was good though. It is in a good location for visiting... More
