Stayed here for 1 night during the week. What value, it was only €59 B&B per room per night. This was exceptional value. The room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent with a large buffet of hot food etc. Reception staff were very friendly professional and efficent. The bar staff were also very friendly. The pints were nice too! I... More

There was an amazing ambience in the bar and in the room. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant served great food and all of the staff really cared for their product. The downfalls were that the entrance had plumes of cigarette smoke and the smell was far from inviting. It was ghastly for... More

We were a group of five ladies who spent a mid week break at this hotel. It was a special package which included bed, breakfast and evening meals. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and great service. However, the whole experience was spoiled by the quality and... More

Its a nice big (biggest in western island hotel) hotel in Galway. Breakfast is tasty. Best thing about this hotel is its leisure center. It has nice big gym, swimming pool with whirlpool, sauna and steam. Nice place to relax after long day in work. And its about 1 hour drive from Cliffs of Moher.

I am just back from a Valentine's weekend break. We booked our trip through booking.com and got a bargain for a suite for the 2 night stay. We had to pay upon arrival which was no problem but the issue I have is that the hotel charged us £10 more than what we had agreed with the website - the... More

Just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. Service, food and overall hotel experience was very good, however the clientele appeared to change dramatically on saturday night and the hotel took on an entirely different ambiance. We ate dinner in the bar on one night which was very enjoyable and the bar and waiting staff were friendly,éfficient and... More

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, when we checked in we were upgraded to a complimentary suite, the suite was immaculate. Restaurant was booked out for dinner but the staff found us a table at 21.00 hrs. The only draw back was the prices at the bar while we waited. €5.90 for a pint of beer and €6.50 for a glass of...
