we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the price was very reasonable and it included the full irish breakfast! it was a little bit of a walk to get to the city centre, but the bus stopped right in front of the hotel every 15 minutes during the day. it was less than two dollars to ride the bus... more

Just returned from a 3 day break at Flannerys. We travel a lot through out the world normally in good standard hotels. I cannot remember the last time we stayed in a 3 Star. However if I had not known before we arrived I would have rated this hotel as a very good 4 star. Check in was very quick... more

I arrived on june 16th, and checked in at 14:30. Met with friendly, helpfull receptionist who gave me info and directions to sites around town. Rooms were clean and comfy, although services in restaurant slow, check in efficently and no delays which pleased a lot. more

Stayed here for 1 night. Got a very nice triple room (double and 2 singles) which was great - equivalent to 2 rooms with no ajoining door - 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs etc... Room cost 90 euro for the night which was pretty good value. Interested to read the previous review about the receptionist - think I encountered the same... more

We phoned and booked the hotel on the morning we intended to stay. We arrived at 6pm to book into our tripple room. The receptionist was less than friendly. We got to our room only to find that it was not ready for us. It had not been visited by the cleaning staff and was really unpleasant. I phoned reception... more

We recently stayed at this hotel. It is not as claimed on hotel websites a short stroll to Galway city centre. It takes about forty minutes to reach Galway city centre by foot – Out of the hotel and turn right. Keep walking, passing the Day’s Hotel on your right and going forward until you pass the G Hotel on... more

Stayed for 3 nights. The duty manager upgraded us to a larger room. The hotel is located about 10-15minutes drive from the city centre. However there is galway city bus stop just outside the hotel with frequency every 15 minutes . Since the hotel is on Dublin Road, all the intercity buses from/to Dublin/Limmerick stops outside the hotel. The private... more
