I stayed here with a small group of work colleagues for a weekend at the end of November for a Christmas party. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times which was great as it was a busy weekend for the hotel it seemed. Our hotel rooms were large and clean but the décor could do with a bit... more

I booked this hotel expecting nothing of character, but instead the reassuring quality which one finds in the larger chains. The room rate, three hundred euro per night, led me to believe that I would at least receive a better than average level of service from a chain which has served me well enough in the past. My wife and... more

only 2 nights stay for a business trip but was very impressed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. FREE ethernet broadband in the room V.Comfortable bed and pillows. Room well equipped with integral trouser press, ironing board/iron, kettle and usual drinks, mini bar (don't tend to use it myself but it's there), safe. Lovely bathroom. Only reasons it did not... more

The hotel reception looked opulent and I felt I was in for a treat for the duration of my stay. When I entered my room I found a plate full of chocolates and a card, I though how nice, but that changed when I read the card which welcomed "Mr. O'Leary" (which I am not) to their hotel bla bla... more

I stayed at the Radisson on business for one night. The check in was quick and flawless. I had requested a smoking room and was allocated room 111. Now some of my colleagues swear by the Radisson and certainly the common areas are light and airy. My room however was less so. The furniture showed definite signs of aging (scrapped... more

I booked directly for e69 including breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels in and around Galway city and county and on value for money I give the Fairgreen hotel top marks. You get a large room, large bed, generous wardrobe and ample sized bathroom. There are simply touches in the room that make it slightly more luxurious than some... more

I stayed in the serviced apartments which are located across the road from the main hotel. The apartment was really very nice and had most things that you would require for a long term stay. The sitting room was very nice with a lovely leather sofa, Flat screen TV, DVD player, Sky digital. The kitchen had cooker, microwave, fridge, washing... more

A lovely modern hotel in a great location, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from Eyre Square. The hotel is quite small with an small restaurant and small bar however very cosy. The food was of very high quality and the staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, the reception staff were particulary helpful. I stayed... more

my wife and i stayed in the radisson for a weekend in september 2006. I had seen a number of the complaints about the hotel which i found surprising ( i regarded it as one of the best in Galway, and i've stayed in almost all of them). Location is excellent, parking is free in the (somewhat maze like )underground... more
