We love the Atlanta Hotel and have stayed there three or four times. Friendly people, fabulous full Irish breakfast, clean and simple rooms. Location, location, location! In the heart of the city by the Latin Quarter and the river. We walk everywhere. There's a small pub in the building and a wine bar next door, restaurants one minute away! I hesitate to recommend it so highly as I want there to be rooms the next time we visit!
