We stayed two nights and Celine went out of her way to get us what we liked for breakfast and our room was bright and sunny. We had beautiful weather while there. She also recommended Kylemore where we took the best photos. Celine is a wealth of information and we would come back just to stay with her. Thank you... More

We stayed here and I must say the service was fantastic. On arrival we were made very welcome. The location was superb and the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. A special mention to Celine who made us feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay couldn't have been more helpful and nice to make... More

A very warm and friendly guesthouse in a great location, close to bus stops if needed. Lovely walk along the seafront with restaurants and eating places to choose from. Rooms are clean and spacious, we have 2 teenage children 17 & 14, plenty of room with 2 double beds with tea/coffee making facilities. Free WiFi. Celine, the proprietor is lovely,... More

We stayed here to tour Connemara from. The bus picked us up from almost the door, for the hop on hop off bus tour and the trip to the Aran Islands, the scenery is fantastic. Celine was so helpful with organising our pick-ups. The bus to town is at the door so you can explore Galway to your hearts content.... More

A very warm welcome from Celine, the proprieter. Lovely clean, comfortable accomodation in a good location with access to the town, a little further than we would want to walk but a bus stop just around the corner. Not a great choice of places to eat nearby but within walking distance from Galway Golf Club where we enjoyed a good,... More

I really want to say that I loved this place because Celine the owner was so nice and helpful, but I didn't. We had just come from a bright and cheery guesthouse and when we stepped into this house, I felt like we were in an old haunted house. Some people may love it because it is dark and full... More

We stayed one night as a family of 4 and had a relaxing stay. The room comprised 2 double beds which was not ideal as I was traveling with 3 kids , but the room was comfortable. Located within an easy walk to the promenade and the salt hill ocean bathing pool which celine kindly loaned us beach towels so... More

Arriving in Salthill on Tuesday evening it was so busy it really was a case of ' No room at the Inn ' well that was until we happened across the Marian Lodge and were met by Celine who supplied us with two lovely rooms and suggestions of restaurants nearby .A perfect host , she made the last night of... My wife and I enjoyed three wonderful nights at Celines lovely guest house. The welcome was warm and the Irish hospitality first class. We had fifteen nights in seven different locations in this great country. They were all first class but Celines was the icing on the cake. The food was excellent and her home cooked bread superb.
