After our previous accommodation arrangements fell through we frantically looked around for somewhere to stay for two nights. We rang this place at 11:30pm to ask if they had any rooms available for that night. They did and we got there very tired and stressed at midnight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Bed nice... More

I have to say everyone we dealt was so helpful right from when I started booking it to checking out - the girls and guy at reception, the team who looked after us for dinner Saturday evening and in particular the girl... Booked this hotel on line for an anniversary weekend away and the website pictures looked great. We were given room 121 which in my opinion is a room for a single occupant . The room was only made up for one guest with one of everything , cup , glass , bathrobe etc . Even though they provide a breakfast... More

Stayed here for the races last week with a few friends and we all had very good things to say about this hotel. This is an excellent hotel in an industrial run down sectin of town. Walk five minutes and you are in a busy tourist area full of restaurants and shops. CThe rooms were well appointed and the staff was friendly. I couldn't say anything negative about the hotel.

Good fresh breakfast. Staff busy but not over friendly. Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean. Fresh towels. As it was race week in Galway, hotel rooms were very expensive and then on check out we were charged for parking. Nice hotel to go back to if I was to get a special offer. Shops, restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance... More

This hotel is within a very short walk of all the Galway fun, such as the pubs and the restaurants. We were there during the annual summer horse races, so it was great to pop into town to see the sights, then walk back to our quiet hotel The hotels and rooms are very modern and the hotel appears very...
