Our experience at this hotel was positive. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are small but clean and modern. I haven't stayed in other Galway hotels so I'm not sure of the norm, but this hotel does not have AC. Have stayed here a fwe times, and without out a doubt all the staff are amazing. Perfectly friendly and helpful. Stayed here one night with my family,lovely modern hotel with really comfortable beds,staff very friendly and helpful,good location just a few minutes walk to shops and bars,just one problem our room service breakfast came without napkins,salt and pepper and sugar and with some errors in our order but when I phoned reception this was corrected swiftly,would stay here again.
