These apartments were fantastic - very clean with new carpeting and a wonderful location immediately off Eyre Square. The apartments are above the TK Maxx and have private parking. You need to check in at the Western Hotel (across the road). You can park at the back of the hotel (as you pass the hotel on your left take the... More

We booked this apartment for one night, but the booking didn't mention that you had to check into the nearby Western Hotel to get the key and the directions to the apartment. The simplest way in is to park in the public garage next to the Marks and Spencer and walk to the Western and then move your car across... More

Nice enough, but not good for a one night stay. Photo looks new, apartment a little worn. Check in off site. Friendly and nice, but not efficient. Breakfast at the hotel was great! Maybe the benefit is for an extended stay. Not cozy. Washing machine on site, but not able to get it working. Ran a cycyle with no soap... More

Pros Excellent location Plenty of hot water/heating Clean On site secure car park Friendly restaurant staff Cons Very, very tired apartments in need of tlc, photos on the Internet are not what you get in reality, which left a bitter taste. Paintwork very marked, furniture has seen better days. TV very temperamental. Was made to pay in full before seeing... More

Loved the way the patio doors opened onto a central decking perfect for a crowd nice view also. parking provided, secure and clean too; central to all areas for a night out in Galway. Perfect for a group. Definitely recommend.

Stayed in apartment for 1 night, just finished exams and work and was moving away from Galway for the summer and decided to book in here for the night because of its central location and it's proximity to the bars and nightclubs of Galway. The apartments were lovely although a little worn, the fireplace didn't work, there also was a... More

There are situations in this industry, where guests surprise you with their behaviour and they respond to any criticism of their manners in the way, that leaves you stunned. I have learned that the word "indecent" is not the right word to describe people that do not behave decent towards other guests. For use of this word to describe your... More

There were 3 of us traveling around Ireland and after sharing hotel rooms, it was terrific to be able to spread out and have some room. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The accommodations were very comfortable and the fireplace in the living room was a pleasing feature. The kitchen was complete but showing the signs of wear... More

They say you can't have everything..which is a pity! This complex could be the business only it has been neglected or there is a feeling of who cares? Better management or change of, could be the key to success and I say that with consideration to whoever had the idea and intention to plan and build this property. The kitchen... More
