Large comfy room. Very plesent and friendly staff. Good pub inside the hotel. Fantastic location on the sea front over looking the Atlantic sea. Plenty of things to see and do. Casino near by. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking available nearby. Will visit again.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a family trip and I wasn't too impressed. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was really great, right near a lot of good restaurants and very close to the promenade, I did like that I could see the sea from the room. Staff were friendly. However, the... More

We stayed for two days and it was very nice. The hotel is very unique and pitoresque, clean and confortable. Everybody is very kind and nice, the tea, coffee and cookies in the room was a pleasant surprise! Ok, breakfast was not included but they have a deal with Lohan's restaurant that gives you a 10% discount. And the Office... More

The Staff at the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. Relations with a nearby Restaurant ease the decision on where to go for Breakfast etc. Free Wifi at the Hotel and free Parking very close to the Hotel. I would recommend it definitely. You most definitely will meet nice Pauline who can give you some recommendations as well.

I was looking forward to staying in this place after reading so many good reviews but sadly I cant be part of them as my experience was not that good at all. Got into the place about 4pm on Easter Friday. Got shown the room which was fine. Quite dark though so we had to turn all the lights and... More

What a stay my three friends and I had in the Holiday Hotel. Pauline at reception greeted us with a smile and went to extremes to make us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was lovely, looking out at the beach and ocean. Very clean and spacious room with good warm showers. I... More

Stayed for 2 nights in the holiday hotel. Would definitely stay again. Rooms very warm even though it was cold and wet outside.the lady on the desk didn't get her name was absolutely fantastic, she couldn't do enough for us, showed us our room, and anytime we met her there was absolutely no hesitation to assist us in any way... we loved this place. 6 in our family, got two rooms for a very reasonable price. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, great night sleep, didn't want to get up but, got up anyway at 7:30 to go across the road to the seashore and took some lovely photos. The place is spotless and Pauline at reception is very... More

Hotel definitely isn't five star but also doesn't claim to be. It's a modest hotel with a nice bar on the Salthill Promenade. Cheap and cheerful In a cold February. We had our four week old little girl with us who was settled absolutely fine. The temperature of the hotel was perfect and the room was basic but very clean... More
