Unfortunately stayed here, the building is very old and very big. It really needs to be updated and modernised. The family room was small with a tiny ensuite. The electric shower did not work properly and we thought it might blow up. The breakfast was okay but the cups were all very old and stained. The gentleman was very friendly.... More

I am part organiser of a group with Travels through Mountbellew each September. We stop for breakfast in the morning and for a meal in the evening, and have done so for years. a great b&b in the centre of town, mr.briggs and all the staff are very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble, the food is great, the accomodation is clean with a lake view to the rear, i stayed for four nights in may and can thoroughly recommend the st.annes b&b, the owner is a gentleman and i cant praise... More
