A two night stay in Galway turned into five and I am glad I made Snoozles my hostel. Nothing was a bother and information was given freely, baggage stored happily. Bunks were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The lounge was spotless and pleasant to be in. Also and outside area to use.

We chose this hostel based on the cute and quirky name. It turned out to be a great choice as it's just a few minutes form the city link bus station and you can walk to the other bus station easily within 10 minutes. The place was spotless and provided a kitchen and free brekkie (toast & cereal). The staff... More

I firstly booked 2 nights in Galway to see if I liked the town first, and ended up staying all week, and would have loved to stay forever. The hostel accepted me as a walk in, given a first floor room (lift access also). Great spacey room with desk, outlets in communal space rather than behind someones bed (other hostels).... More

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Two employees went out of there way to help us with directions or event details in the area when we asked. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The location was great. I would recommend using the complimentary ear plugs they offer at the front desk because it is right next to... More

The staff were the friendliest my friend and I experienced over the course of our entire trip. They were helpful and accommodating, and even gave us discounts when we were in a pinch. The girl with red hair was especially helpful. Also the people that we roomed with were some of the most fun over the course of the trip.... More

I've never stayed in a hostel, so I was hesitant to try this one. My wife however convinced me since the price was ~30 euro for a night...much much cheaper than the hotels we stayed at in Dublin. It's not a typical hostel as I would understand them. This has all private rooms with private bathrooms as well. Room was... More

We were greeted by a lovely staff and given a place to stash our luggage until check in. Once we got back from our day tour, we were shown to our private room with a private shower. We opened the door and were amazed to find a large, comfy bed, plenty of space for our luggage, and a beautiful balcony... More

Very friendly staff, great room, perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Only 2 down sides were very minor - wifi signal was weak in the room when we were trying to make some plans and the beds were a bit creaky (although admittedly it's been about 15 years since I slept in a bunk bed).

Almost next to the bus station & close to the city centre...clean...friendly staff...breakfast included. Sociable common room. I had a pleasant stay in this hostel before Christmas and would recommend it to others.

A really cute homey hostel. Clean, great staff, comfy hang out area, clean showers and bathroom - separate for men and women. Kitchen area if you would like to cook. You can keep your food in the fridge in a labeled bag. Location was absolutely amazing. It is next door from central bus station - we got off the bus,... More
